Which countries do you ship to?

TurboAnt X7 Max Electric Scooters ship to all EU countries.

Where do you ship from?

Orders of e-scooters ship primarily from our warehouse in Germany. Accessories may originate from various warehouses depending on your shipping address. We will arrange to ship from the location closest to your address in order to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay a duty or tax for my order?

You may need to pay a duty or tax for your ordered items if they originate from a warehouse outside your country/region. The exact amount of duty or tax depends on the product type, order value and laws of your country/region, and will usually be collected upon or before delivery. Please consult your local customs or authority in charge for detailed information.

Do you offer free shipping?

TurboAnt offers free shipping on all orders of €49 or more to most European Union addresses. Please note that certain destinations within the EU may not qualify for free shipping. We will contact you if a shipping surcharge is needed. You may also contact us via support@turboant.com to inquire about the shipping cost for your specific address. For orders under €49 within the EU, a flat rate shipping charge of €15 is applied.

How soon can I get my package(s)?

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping of e-scooters usually takes 5-7 business days, and shipping of certain accessories may take longer, up to 12 business days. Occasional delays may occur.

If the shipping service provider shows your package(s) has delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the service provider as well as TurboAnt as soon as possible, and we will assist in all possible ways.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes. Your shipping address can be changed BEFORE your order has shipped. Contact our customer service via support@turboant.com and we will change the address for you.

Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
